Clear scope, careful research.
Every project starts with an agreed person, branch or question. Records can be missing, restricted or contradictory. Specific ancestors, discoveries and a complete tree cannot be guaranteed. The time allowances are maximum research hours; reporting and the listed deliverables are included in the fixed package.
Paid certificates, archive copies, translations, travel, printing and shipping are optional costs, quoted and agreed in writing before they are incurred. We confirm suitability, capacity, scope, total price and estimated delivery before payment. The Academy is in production and cannot yet be purchased.
